Here’s what participants have to say about their Pick-A-Date experience:
Cheryl and I knew that we had to do a better job regarding food and nutrition. The brief training you provided opened all the doors of knowledge. It has taken away all our fears of trying new things—we now buy something new every week and find a recipe to use it! It has given us confidence to make healthy foods with an emphasis on taste, texture and balanced nutrition—truly pleasing to all the senses. It has made it “fun” to go to Whole Foods or other venues on a ‘hunt’ for wonderful healthful foods and products.
We have completely re-arranged our kitchen. You’d be proud of what we’ve accomplished in just a few short weeks. Cheryl’s health continues to improve dramatically and I am losing weight consistently and seeing improvement in all aspects of my own health.
You will probably get calls or emails from family or friends as we are constantly singing your praises. Our lives are forever changed for the better because of your willingness to share your knowledge and skills PATIENTLY with those of us who have been distracted by other things for decades.
Thank you so very much. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation. I’m sure we will meet again… we have only begun our new journey.
