Mornings

NEW! Your program includes an unlimited week-long pass to the Sedona Spa at Los Abrigados Resort--just minutes and walking distance away from the Creative Life Center. Start your day by choosing from any one of 30 weekly exercise classes including yoga and Pilates, or work out in their full circuit weight room. (Spa treatments available for a fee)

Breakfast
Freshly prepared whole foods breakfasts at the Creative Life Center (CLC).

Cooking Classes
Daily four-hour hands on cooking classes include the preparation and orchestration of delicious health-supportive menus from soup to dessert using the highest quality organic ingredients when available. You'll practice knife skills and culinary techniques for appetizers, soups, salads, dressings, protein rich grain, beans, fish and organic or grass fed animal protein dishes, seasonal vegetables, and mouth-watering desserts. (A vegetarian option will always be provided as well as substitutions for common allergy foods such as wheat, milk and refined sugar.) Afterwards, we'll feast on a gourmet lunch you've prepared and experience the satisfying results.

Afternoons

Free Time
Enjoy Sedona's natural beauty with the group or on your own. There's an abundance of hikes for all experience levels to unforgettable vistas such as Brins Mesa, Soldier's Pass and Broken Arrow; geographical and vortex sites such as Cathedral Rock and Airport Mesa, and jeep tours that take you deep into Red Rock Country. There are world-renown galleries and New Age shops to explore, or simply relax into a massage.

Evenings

Dinner and Lecture/Workshops
After dining on our own or with the group in one of Sedona's many fine restaurants, we'll reconvene for our lecture/workshops where you'll discover a whole new way to think about food. You’ll discover how to make conscious food choices that support your goals for the life you want to live.

You'll learn the criteria for health supportive food selection and menu planning, how to stock your cupboards with the highest quality ingredients and the resources to purchase them. Through the use of our intentional eating models you'll learn to understand and eliminate food cravings, and how to manage the underlying conditions that often sabotage our best efforts to maintain a healthy diet. You'll go home with the fundamental skills and methodology for preparing meals with the highest possible level of nutrition, balance and satisfaction, how to eat more healthfully, have more energy, think more clearly and how to maintain or lose weight, often a by-product of a healthier diet.
